Quick and responsive with quotes and service. Our compressor had finally run its course and Air Excellence Heating and Cooling provided us several options on a path forward. The whole staff from the top down was very professional and accommodating to our needs. All future needs will be through this company because customer service is phenomenal. We had originally had Air Excellence out to our house for a water heater issue but decided to talk to them about replacing our aging air conditioning unit. Talks commenced, we hired them and just today was the unit squared away before the heat of summer hits. The team that arrived to our house was prompt, courteous and professional. Alex, in particular, went well above and beyond to make sure our needs were met and we were up and running. Thank you Air Excellence for the great service and support!

As it usually happens, our AC went out right in the middle of a heat wave. Called Air Excellence and asked for a quote to come out and assess. I decided to go with another AC and boy was that a huge mistake. Was overcharged by D&H, lied to add extorted to go with them. They quoted me nearly 2000 to fix my AC which I paid only to be told that it would be another $1300 to replace a faulty control board and another week to get here. I had stayed in contact with Amy at Air Excellence through it all and she was truly amazing. She told me the price of the parts that were being replaced and always kept a spot open should I decided to use them. Once I was informed about the control board, I called Amy, she told me it was actually significantly less and could be installed the next day. She sent Rich out who again, was amazing. He was quick and effective and told me that after a new control board was installed the motor that the other company installed was faulty and the quickest and least expensive thing for me would be to have the other company warranty it out and replace it. It was a fresh take on my other experience as he didn't tell me what would be best for the company but what would be best for me. After everything was said and done, the AC went out AGAIN a week later and I reached out to Air excellence. Rich called me Saturday afternoon and was able to walk me through the probable issue (blown fuse). I wasn't charged and I spoke to Rich for nearly an hour. I was so thankful for Air Excellence, Amy and Rich who helped me understand what the real issue was, walked me through every issue, were fair with price and honest with what was needed. The company truly loves up to its namesake and I'll never use another company for AC issues again. Thank so much to Amy and Rich for being there and helping me through everything!!
