Service Maintenance Agreements
Service Maintenance Agreements
We offer multi system, one to ten-year service maintenance agreements. These keep your Heating & Cooling equipment in the most optimal & efficient state. You will receive 2 visits per year that include:
- One 1” disposable Air filter per unit, per visit or cleaning of existing washable filter
- Discounts on parts and labor (call for details)
- Priority service
24 Point Inspection
- Check and calibrate thermostats required
- Visually inspect and test capacitors for leakage and rust
- Inspect blower wheel
- Inspect unit wiring and electrical disconnect
- Tighten screw lug terminals in unit
- Check indoor coil for debris or signs of damage
- Inspect refrigerant levels
- Check high and low-pressure switches
- Inspect blower motor and also record AMP draw (lubricate as needed)
- Check split temperature
- Inspect readily accessible air ducts for obvious leaks
- Check contactors for pitting
- Check Amp draw on condenser fan motor
- Inspect temp split on outdoor coil
- Check condensation drain for blockage
- Examine insulation in unit
- Check fuses and condition
- Inspect loose wiring on all parts
- Check for properly sealed plenum
- Check AMP draw on compressor
- Test the unit for peak operating efficiency
- Check defrost cycle and reversing valve operation (only heat pumps)
- Check and record operating pressures and temperatures
- Inspect cooling system for loose parts or vibration that is not usual

Due to a shortage, units and parts were almost impossible to find. Mike, Amy, and Alex put it the extra time and effort to find us a unit (when it seemed impossible). We were out of AC for 26 days while we waited for insurance adjusters and decisions. with two children and three dogs, It was not easy in July. But during this time Air Excellence was pro-active in keeping us informed with options. This company truly cared and made us a priority. Amy and Mike are such genuine people and went above and beyond to find us a unit. Alex was so easy to work with and get a hold of for questions and updates.
