If you own an AC unit, then hopefully you already know that you’ll need maintenance twice a year.
This is a key part of proper unit care, because it’s crucial to help your AC unit continue to run as well and for as long as it can. Not only does maintenance improve your unit’s efficiency, but these regular check-ins can also extend its lifespan.
With one of our maintenance agreements, our AC maintenance services include:
- Scheduling reminders
We make scheduling and remembering your AC service easy! We’ll call you to remind you when it’s due, then we can schedule a convenient time for a service tech to come visit and perform maintenance.
2. Priority service
During the scheduling process, you can rely on us to give you priority service. We also give our maintenance agreement clients priority with scheduling!
3. Air filter change or cleaning
Every time we visit, we’ll also take care of your air filter! We’ll provide one 1” disposable air filter per unit, per visit, OR we’ll clean your existing washable air filter.
4. 24 Point Inspection
Every visit includes a 24 Point Inspection to help ensure your unit and all of its parts are in good working order! We’ll take a look at its overall performance and then do what we can to enhance it.
5. Discounts on parts and labor
Lastly, if we find any issues with your unit, or if you need repairs at some other time, then as a maintenance agreement customer, you’ll also receive a discount on parts and labor!
